REPLAN EU

The reforms and investments promoted under the framework of the Recovery and Resilience Facility (RRF) within the Next Generation EU plan represent an extraordinary opportunity for transforming member states’ societies and economies. Significantly, in a period of repeated and overlapping crises, a successful recovery could strengthen EU legitimacy. Yet, EU studies teaching curricula tend to overlook how National Recovery and Resiliency Plans were designed, the extent they are implemented on the ground, as well as how they are evaluated ex-post.

The REPLAN-EU “Implementing Resilience and Recovery Plans in Italy and Beyond “* module aims at filling this gap by developing teaching and dissemination activities on the political dynamics underlying the implementation of national recovery plans, from the input side - definition of their content – to the output side - the domestic political processes which are shaping national reforms.
