The course offers a general introduction to concepts and practices of mediation , and to the techniques of participatory democracy. Theory and practice of nonviolence are the foundation of the work . Particular attention will be devoted to mediation techniques (problem solving and transformative) as well as practical approaches to participatory democracy.
