Learning Objectives
The course is designed to provide students the understanding of the concept of multilevel protection of rights through the study of constitutional justice models in their historical perspective and in their current functioning, the more experiences in Europe and the instruments through which it becomes effective and concrete the protection of fundamental rights.
The course adopts a comparative approach and focuses on the study of court cases. At the end of the course those who will have attended it fruitfully should be able to find all the sources and materials needed to discuss the main topics around the concept of multilevel protection of rights in Europe.
Prerequisites
No prerequisites.
However, it's recommended to own the theoretical basis on foundamental law matter, constitutional justice, and EU Law.

Module I: Lectures.
Module II: Seminars with the active participation of students.
