The course deals with social policies at the Council local level, as transformed by recent Laws and describes the main actors involved in the welfare effort of the main Councils of the capital cities of Italian Regions from the point of view of a family policy they are requested to formulate by Law 328/00, even in different Regions. Thus analytic instruments are built tread the mix of measures/services offered by each Council in an holistic way and identifies indicators to be applied elsewhere.
