Type of Assessment - Last names Q-Z
The exam is written and structured in two parts, a QUALIFIER (for basic knowledge verification) and a FINAL EXAM (for evaluation of overall preparation)
In order to access to the FINAL EXAM, students must first pass the QUALIFIER.
Students who pass the QUALIFIER in one of the examination date of the A. 2017/18 will be able to access to the FINAL EXAM till February 2019 included.
The QUALIFIER will be structured as follows:
• 8 questions, open to short answer and / or multiple choice answers
• Time available: 10 minutes
• Possible outcomes: Admitted to FINAL EXAM / Not admitted to FINAL EXAM
The QUALIFIER test will cover all the course program. In order to pass the QUALIFIER, the student must demonstrate knowledge of the fundamental topics and the conceptual categories discussed in the course, even in a non-detailed but precise way.
The test is passed by at least 6 correct answers (including necessarily the first one).
The FINAL EXAM will be structured as follows:
• 25 questions, of which 22 with multiple choice answers (at least one valid) and 3 short essay questions
• Time available: 55 minutes
• Possible results: Insufficient / grading in 30ths
The test will cover all the course program. Evaluation-grading system: 50% will depend on the grade resulting from multiple choice answers and the remaining 50% on the grade received for short essay questions.
For short essay questions, a score of 0 to 10 points will be awarded considering the student's ability:
a) to know the arguments presented in the course and understand the main conceptual categories;
b) to express his own views using language and technical terminology in an appropriate way;
c) to discuss the topics addressed using references to business cases.
